No, probably unlikely. But if a partner is moving in, then he will be replaced by one of their board member functioning as CEO for the US branch.
That would be common place.
Since Sahm is not re-elected, given the positive tone of the quartely negative developments being unlikley, a partner positioning for leadership seems imminent.
That is what makes me believe that a partner will come forward shortly, due to the CEO position not being filled and ample time during August to Oct period to finalize a contract, given that tox and tolerability data are positive, which indicators point to.
