Welcome back! I am also very, very sour on not only Mark Calderwood but also his "partner in crime", Mark Turner.

For those of you wondering why we are upset, do not be surprised if Mark is already transferring shares to his wife, in preparation to sell outside of authorised windows at an opportune time to maximise his personal gain from your funds.

Mark "Mr Pegmatite" Calderwood despite spouting over twitter that he was going to lead a "leading" lithium miner in Africa (AVZ, perhaps?) did not end up there, and has the small piece of dirt he had all along, with no friends, nothing else. The guy likely could not show his face in most boardrooms because of what he (Mark Calderwood) and his friend Mark Turner did with Tawana/Altita Shareholders - not only in Australia, but also in Singapore.

Some have speculated as to how "smoothly" the DOCA went ahead, as shady dealers from the Chinese mainland attempted to scoop the company up for less than 10% of its' appraised value, then when they could not buy with their shady tax haven registered company tried to purchase the company through a "different shade of grey" company in the USA, held by a holding company elsewhere. There was absolute silence from the directors, as sharks circled the company. This could all have been saved with a capital raise to cleanse the debt, for which many of us as holders would have contributed to. I had somewhere around 50K at the time I could have sunk into a debt cleanse for dilution.

I have a list of directors for which I will not buy into a company if said persons are on the board - these two are right at the very top of that list.

There you have it, a history of the end of Alita and Tawana, for which Cowan, and consequently this company here Midas Minerals, was born from.

Full disclosure: I currently hold AVZ and Sayona in the lithium space. At the time I held A40, I also held Pilbara Minerals. I experienced capital loss as a result of the cessation of activities at Bald Hill with Alita.
