Well I must say I'm a little disappointed at how this Rights Issue has panned out. The way I have interpreted the announcement is that there was an apparent shortfall of retail investors taking up rights. However I for one applied/paid for additional shares, and I assume many others have also. So could it be that there was no actual "shortfall" but a decision to give the cheaper shares to insto friends and hence causing this avoidable sell off.
Anyways I know this will flush through quickly and I am bullish and long Sayona but if I have interpreted correctly I'm giving this raise a D minus.
