BeerBaron, my interpretation is pretty much the same as yours. However, I think the main point to get out of the article is that although demand will increase, maybe there won't be much problem meeting that demand. If that happens then U price wont go anywhere, the big contracts will be more competitive and smaller, lower grade deposits will not be worth the investment to develop.
