yes, i think VC & JG have adversely affected the SP: as their actions indicate to me that they're disgruntled by having been (imo) booted out of the company they founded by the board. until they exit, their large holding, & having previously sold at ATL, is suppressing SP.

the current management imo haven't done enough investor relations, which would potentially enable VC/JG to exit sooner.

let's see, maybe today's AGM & vote, & quarterly, will be the turning point.

To be honest if the Quarterly was to be a turning point I think it would have been released prior to the AGM, maybe it contains large cash burn or loan facilities have been hit hard already, must be some reason they haven't released it, if it was good news then surely you would want people to see it prior to the AGM? GLTAH
