@ssm they have tried this before with Augur investments back in 2012 for a sale price touted @ $33M, but it didn't pass Augurs due diligence. IMO same with Melrose that saw its touted value diminish to the final sale of $1.5M I think.

The Mineral Resource at Winchester looks good for the end of exploration stage, but how much is mineable at what cost? When the previous owners ditched it due to gas pipeline delay, they were about to drill it at resource spacing allowing a JORC code Ore Reserve to be completed and allowing a bankable feasibility to be completed. They did not want to suffer this cost with a 2+ year delay of the gas.

KOR got it and logically should have done this drilling and Ore Reserve to prove the viability. Pass this and investors will accept the certainty and it would be a goer.
