I think the concern is more about how capital is being attracted rather than the fact it is.
Have AVR made any statements as to why they seek capital from insto holders? For me it seems like a riskier approach to get into bed with strangers for little to no reward when retail holders can tip in.
If the game is (as I read above) to get SB out the door by collapsing the AVRO's, im not buying it as the same thing can be achieved with cap raise to retail holders.
Seriously hoping there is some good news soon as if the AVRO's fail and there are no significant announcements people will drop off.
