Hard to know how significant it is here.
Obviously stocks are just getting to where they were 12 months ago so the market COULD go higher and get lots more 52 week highs.
The finishing lower on the week is of course a litle bit more important.
Perhaps you actually need a huge spike as an inititiator of a real bull just as early 2008 had a huge bear spike.
