to me they would first have to officially release the approval of EMA before they can go into full negotiations.
otherwise that would be releasing too much insider information to Sarepta prior to any disclosure to the market.
so now it's about Sarepta being in the position of officially approach ANP management, should they want to...the NR will now trigger this.
Sarepta is under a lot of pressure to give the market something major to rebound! they will be slammed if they just present the appalling financials (more losses) and then not show how the recent huge dilution will be spent to comfort their shareholders.
CR or deal...huge milestone for us!
