They issued a truck load of shares to "critical staff' last year.
More acquisitions, more debt, more shares do not add up to increased share price unless or until there are Earnings to put into the EPS equation.

They issued options to staff in a market where talent retention is important, and I'd have thought Geoff and others in senior management roles would have plenty of skin in the game looking at the top 20 holders - they certainly stand to lose/gain a lot more than I if the company doesn't perform.
