MT earlier in the year you told shareholders this would be a Transformational Year. With the share price range bound close to the capital raise price do you regret that statement and what were the catalysts at the time that you thought would propel the share price ?

Earlier in the year Smedvig sold out their shareholding. Do you know why they did this ? and if you do but you cannot disclose why then please state that also .

What is the current state of opposition to the entire TLG operation especially in consideration of the Sami people. A number of their element were very much opposed to TLG have they now been brought onside and are there any other groups vehmently opposed to the Mine ?
