I need to read the VUL response a few more times but this is currently the piece that stands out to me at first review.
Vulcan’s response here could be summarised as “our PFS makes it painfully clear that we have not drilled any wells yet. So all flow rates are assumed. We are confident in our assumptions.”
This has not refuted J Cap’s flow rate point to me. However I need to read it all again a few times.
