Cheers @M444. Bevan and I were actually chatting last week on Insta nothing serious. Just catching up no business was discussed.
From my experiences working with Bevan and considering his investment in IHR if Executive or Strategic changes need to be made he won’t hesitate making them ruthlessly.
His name is associated with this business and he’s never let a business fail under his watch especially when it comes to his reputation of success on the ASX.
Rob is the founder and a HR product and subject matter specialist. I have also watched all his interviews. He clearly ads significant value to the business.
Personally I’m not sure he’s got the special ingredients required to be the CEO of IHR long term. He just doesn’t seem to be that A type take no prisoners visionary CEO.
Glen is currently chief customer officer for North America and clearly doing a fantastic job and is highly respected in the business.
Sometimes I think if IHR are going to become a billion$$ global business they should over time migrate head office to North America where Glen is based.
North America is also closer to UK / Europe there 2nd most important growth market. Im just speculating here guys and have absolutely no insights beyond other shareholders so please accept this as me just throwing thoughts and ideas around.
I don’t know Rob personally and for all I know he’s the genius CEO we need. Historically speaking tech companies don't do well removing tech business founders.
As all shareholders I just want to see IHR become the global success we all would love to see.
