I wouldn't worry about distribution rights at this stage. The cancer market in the US is worth billions of USD, AUS + NZ would be about 10% of that. Even that would be huge for IVX once the drug / tech is approved. And that is still years away. Who knows what the rights situation will be then. IVX could be partnered up or bought out by its current corner stone partner or someone else.
