re: Ann: Successful Private Placement and App... This is excellent news to know that these selected private investors have the confidence to put upwards of $660,000 on the table to invest in this company. Very glad this happened and wasnt given out to every shareholder as an option as it would have diluted the sp not much at all but still dilute it a bit, cause these private investers wont be selling there shares as soon as they get them, they will be holding for long term profits.
