    Seems like a big case of FOBS (fear of being stuck) is brewing.

    Can we try to focus and build some consensus on exactly what are the key concerns?

    For one, there appears concern that the T20 issued today might be out of date (being from August) … is that a starting topic?

    Could people who have expressed concerns this evening please try encapsulate their core concerns?

    Then…let’s see if we can agree what is truly material.
