Agree on your stepped approach but his objective is to maximise shareholders returns. An extension might be necessary to push back on LKAB. VW and Tesla plus more will start applying pressure. He and the board just have to be firm.
They have Morgan Stanley and Macquarrie advising too. No pushovers. He has 50m in the bank. No rush at all.
