If they raise capital before the blm approval comes through it's a big thumbs down to management from me. If the blm approval is included in this announcement that makes all the difference.
Still holding to production but f**kng hell why would you hammer the SP on the head when it's headed on a great run north like this ? They could have raised for 10c + in a couple of months time
