Ann: Trading Halt, page-67

After having a sleep on it and thinking all the whys, what’s and how’s I came back to the reasons why I hold in the first place..
I.P. Could and should be world class(potentially)
Dr Campbell and our very experienced board
Utmost professionalism from all sides
Connections of those who represent PAB
Results of trials being excellent
So on and so on

So why did I get frustrated when the doc wants to raise money out or the blue at discount below 4c and potentially put us back SP wise another 3-6months?

I got frustrated because I don’t know what the money is for and almost with certainty it is going to cost me lots of dollars even if I’m the short term, then I really thought about it and came to my own theories that why would the fox go for cash out of the blue and a large chunk at that if it wasn’t needed for the short term or the push for something real hard(d-3)
We have I would think in the next month or two a couple of SP appreciate Ann’s coming so why raise now?
I personally think we are going to announce moving forward with 2 first in human trials d-1/3 at the same time(or close too)
Or maybe bringing end of year trials forward d-1 and building the bank to play hard ball against any offers…

what ever reason we need this money raised at this price for will be for a very good reason because you don’t raise this type of money at these prices(when you know it can be higher soon enough)unless a major decision from the BOD for the positive of PAB’s future and SP appreciation for all sh’s…..

There will be a major Ann to explain why we need the money now and for it’s uses and a cornerstone soph investor will be taking the majority, no retail sh will be offered as that would be a SPP and it would take too long, this sounds like something major and needs to. E so be quick with some gusto….

I feel what ever the doc has planned it will do us all good and will bring back that long awaited excitement that got lost when delays got Anned
