Of course one must understand when trading a popular stock like CXO that manipulation is rife on the ASX so don't expect this stock to be able to always trade on its merits and / or fundamentals, because if you do you are entering the realm of the naive

The BEOT has access to algorithmic and high frequency trading programs and systems especially designed to give them an unfair advantage over the retail trader .

How many of you are aware that there are ,allegedly , some instos that have, for a large annual fee, their computers located in the same building as the ASX, if not connected to the ASX computers in a building in the North of Sydney and that a video called "The Dark Side Of the ASX" that went into great detail regarding manipulation was some time ago removed from U Tube shortly after it began circulating through Hot Copper forums never to be located again. ( except for my copy of course )

Make no mistake that the BEOT can tell you before the ASX opens on any given day exactly what the closing priced of a stock that they have decided to target on that day will be.

Take note that ASIC has said that entities that have access to and employ the use of algorithmic and high frequency trading, in their opinion ,
HAVE NO ADVANTAGE OVER RETAIL TRADERS .

No intelligent trader, in my opinion, could ever accept that view.

Enjoy trading CXO but understand that you will never be able to do so on a level playing field.
