Is it possible that Sundance may have courted their partner already?

Maybe they have achieved their goal, and are in the process of finalising the detail, and are unable announce the news until the legal detail is completed.

I suspect the documentation and legalities of such a project would be fairly substantive.

I would imagine it would take a couple of months (minimum) to have the documentation reviewed and approved by all parties.
