I don't think she will be in trouble, give a lot of it is code of conduct breach.
I agree:- attacking women because of gender and marital status is a reminder that knuckle draggers walk among us. I didn't like Gillard's white anting and I didn't particularly like her manner ...she set a pattern of toppling PMs and that's not good for stable governance = one eye looking forward and the other looking behind .
