Phil Ryan is the CEO of CCX and his salary for 2020 was $699K compared to Karl’s of $977K. CCX’s share price has gone from $0.10 a few years ago to over $6 now and has essentially doubled over the past 12 months. Compare that to LVT’s pathetic share price performance over the past few years and try to tell me Karl’s salary is in any way justified. And yes I know the share price doesn’t necessarily reflect 100% reality, but it’s really all we’ve got to go on, and the market has made its thoughts on K & P’s management abundantly clear!
