No doubt about the critical nature of helium and it's importance to countries like China and the US.
BNL won't need to be concerned much with China unless they ever look at exporting there which might be unlikely given in 2015 the US banned helium exports to China as part of a trade war around rare earths etc..
Look at RLT - Renergen potentially a major player in the future. With their gas/helium project in South Africa even when not yet producing they received a US OPIC loan whilst also having Notable Pioneer with its Chinese links holding about 10% of RLTs shares - also linked to HE8.
