Felsmad..they have used that terminology for at least 6 months.

Retirement growth (organically and/or by aquisition)just has to be a cornerstone of their forward plans.

To date they've acted by taking strategic investments in FKP and AVE.

But this we do know: SGP are not "passive investors" they are "active developers"...and right now they are not in the jockey seat at either FKP or AVE.

This goes against the grain of their corporate ethos and plans, surely?

Major...clearly you are not one for conspiracy theories and you're not prepared to recognise that a shot might be forthcoming from the "grassy knoll".

Let's just agree that it's only a matter of time before the Presidential limo turns the corner into Deely Plaza.

Whether the shot comes from the Texas Book Depository or the grassy knoll...who cares...it's coming...and it's just a case of when.
