I ran out of Lightbulbs to give you over on the LTR forum. Talk about walking into the lions(town) den.

Nobody was willing to engage at all with the content of that video, nor would they have had the time to review it all and do a deep dive into impurities in the time frame they were commenting (unless all LTR holders are high specialised mining engineers - as you rightfully asked "Perhaps you were missing the elephant in the room").

This annoys me about hot copper in general. Any critical view of an asset is seen as down ramping. Every single company has negatives. AVZ being located where it is, is absolutely a negative. It's an unfortunate fact. The market obviously agrees.

In regards to the impurities, I am fearful of what was discussed in the video. Any person should be, he specifically mentions some highly technical reasons why (and I believe he specifically mentioned an Australia junior is over valued) the impurities present are a bigger deal than most investors are accounting for.

For anyone who hasn't seen the video, my take away was: "People are investing in Lithium that may not become battery grade"

I am still looking for reasons why AVZ maintains this moat of safety around the impurity issue. I would cite our grade and strip ratio as a pretty solid starting point for this. Because if AVZ isn't pure enough, nothing else will be. And the upcoming lithium supply shortage will be even worse than forecast.

If anyone can elaborate on the impurity requirements for all, I am sure many would find this helpful.
