I agree, NV is the most likely.
* NV Gigafactory just down the road from Talga, mentioned in the presentation though not by name
* Rumor that material goes to VW
* "sports care manufacturer" gets cells from Talga by supplying cathode to talga. Speculatively Porsche
* Timing of Vittangi+Niska lines up with NV factory. Plus NV factory has no disclosed anode supply or inhouse production from graphite
* political leverage with NV in Sweden
* Talga having a VW suppliers ID
Though, I do get a few Tesla vibes for the silicon side of things. The hints (rather weak evidence, but what you gota do?):
* Approach to economic silicon particles sound very similar to Talgas approach, though Tesla talks about some polymer, Talga uses graphite filling
* Equipment breakage mentioned for Si Anode product, just like the one disclosed by Tesla
* Smirks when asked if they are in talk with Tesla in a previous presentation, by now they are in talks with everyone, so nothing special
* mentioned "very exciting car manufacturers" in the last talk.. well, doesnt get more exciting than Tesla
* Counter point: Tesla far too fast for supply from Vittangi and/or Niska to supply inital product for the Grünheide factory Talga would have to go to overdrive in order to keep up.. not exactly what we were seeing lately.
From history, I bet Tesla would give Talga a better deal than NV/VW. Tesla just booted Apply by securing battery supply from BYD in giving them better terms. I can see them do the same with Talga in order to deny NV the initial supply. Wouldnt be sad about that to be honest. Its a battle about supply chains at moment.
