to be honest i was watching at work, i missed RC introducing himself and tuned in as he missed pronounced the new director, Anna's last name. straight up thought who is this old fart chairing the meeting haha.

anyway, rewatched it, there were 5 questions asked and imo two were non questions;
questions asked paraphrased by me;
1. is the board confident they can achieve their goals - of course they are
2. legitimate question regarding the non executive pay pool
3. does the board think the industry is watching this project - of course they do
4. how many wells in 2022
5. legitimate question regarding the companies esg goals and attracting asian funding.

so i know they touched a bit on it in the preso but i would of liked to see them pressed on a few more things;

• question timeline of production testing, then also timeline moving to commercial gas flows;
• power generation MOU timing around project
• the name escapes me now but isn't there an MOU with a trucking company? when are they filling up at the EXR bowser
• unlikely to get a straight answer but a question around conversion of contingent resource to reserves percentage.
• again unlikely to get an answer but could try read body language, question contingent resource scale for the other 3 basins found so far.
• ask about success on the seismic interpretation to date, how many targets etc.
• clearly state what NY performance shares are based on, and how it works with the regulator. i think this one is key to a few holders here. i think we are under the impression EXR can chop and change their strategy as they want, but are actually bound by what the government signs off on at the begining of the year. e.g. we cant just go production testing without government sign off.

maybe i should just tidy up the above and send it to the company.
