It's a presentation slide from 2014. Note also the current Global X - URA ETF support is based on the company having a commercial uranium project, not REE exposure.
REE exposure requirement from the VanEck Vectors Rare Earth / Strategic Metals ETF (REMX) is a tough nut to crack.
I looked at the trading data from Aug 2020 --> Jan 2021 (before stock collapsed) and even that peak period wasn't enough daily trading volume of $1m USD.
Had there been no election called, and about 30% more trading volume; GGG would have achieved at least a $1B MC, due to the REE portfolio inclusion.
