Re the 7 years of Sat data with zero rise:
I had to check, and indeed if you carefully cherry pick you can find two points spaced 7-years apart where the temps are around the 1991-2020 mean. There are also many other periods of zero average rise.

Though of course most of those 7 years have been well above that mean, and even to the untrained eye is is pretty obvious there is a gradual rise in temp between 1979 and 2021.

These sort of tricks are often used by climate so-called "skeptics" to throw doubt onto the rise in temps.
