Can I just point out , That in the letter to shareholders the company make it very clear that they intend to use the funds as below :

The Company intends to use funds raised from issues of Equity Securities under the 7.1A Mandate for expanding or accelerating the Company’s existing business activities including to further develop the Company’s Interface Switching ReRam technology and for general working capital.

I'm just saying......... don't be surprised when they do as they have stated. ie . further develop the technology !

The question is, do they do this alone or with a tier 1. industry partner ? Is this a good thing for us ? How would it limit our ability to sell to a different Tier 1 company ? Does it help protect us from a hostile takeover? or make it more likely ? How much does it complicate our 'sole ownership the IP ' credentials when it comes time to sell ?

The long and short of this is , I have to trust that the board will make decisions that optimise value for shareholders. They are the only ones that know what is going on behind the scenes. If they tell us they need this or that then they probably do. I am not in a position to question their motives or method , because like all of us here, (because of the necessary secrecy) we don't know enough to make informed decisions.

There is nothing wrong with asking the hard questions at the AGM. If a question is not answered properly then they should be pulled up on it immediately.

It they don't want to answer it because its is 'sensitive ' in nature then they can explain that to share holders.
