    Pretty sure FIRB is not relevant here … the asset is not directly held by AVZ … it’s held by a non-Australian company in which AVZ holds shares … the last 24% sale was made without any FIRB involvement. If I’m wrong please do correct me but I’m pretty sure FIRB has no jurisdiction should there be any further sales.
