Well the announcement clearly informs that the placement went to sophisticated investors . The new identity below certainly qualifies under that title reading their biography . Taking a large percentage of the 19 million shares via Alto Capital . What does this highly educated individual know about Norwood Systems as an investment that those with a constant negative agenda don’t know ? I assume plenty ……
