    Anyone who thinks its a great idea to tax unrealized CG...is lost.

    If you have a house and it was bought for 500k and its now worth mill...happy to pay the unrealized tax on that holding?

    if you say yes... Im gonna say you're either"
    a. someone who never owned a house and fought tooth and nail to own it or
    b. you're so blinded by your ideology you should never breed
