Of note, the Blue Ocean valuation of 4.5cps would be bumped to 5.5cps off this upgrade - by removing their projected risked upgrade and applying the actual upgrade at the $1/PJ rate stated in the broker note. Noting that is fully diluted i.e. all 3.1 and 4.1c options are exercised. If that's the case we will have a significant warchest.
