The bookbuild occurred on Friday for the first part of the CR. There will be an Entitlement offer for retail holders following... and this will be announced before it comes out of TH.IT HASN'T BEEN ANNOUNCED BY THE COMPANY so small parts of the Term Sheet that was presented to instos/sophs can be varied before it is formally announced to market. e.g. they can decide to take MORE from the instos if they are throwing money at it, and as result may vary the entitlement offer from 1:7 to something else... or just decide to take all the cash on offer which may change the dilution in a small way.at the time (not that you can do anything with that info in TH anyway) but not official yet.
