PDI will continue to drill in the buffer zone 2 and if this turn out to be a super tier 1 gold mine, IMO the government will allow them to drill further into buffer zone 1 from Bankan Creek. The Guinea government get 15% ownership of the company, similar to the tier 1 10Moz Siguiri mine nearby and other company's arrangement.....this "issue" won't be totally resolved until the ML process.
