Next wave of housing loans is the U.S. start to reset now they are called option arm loans, not to mention the commercial real estate market is about to go bust. The U.S. dollar is crashing, and globally governments are bankrupt. Gold and silver are shotting through the roof and the VIX chart is moving up hard. Anyone like to tell me things are rosy?
