    Unfortunately they have made it too complex to understand and have not explained it properly so it is difficult to make a decision on what is best... also the share price has dropped significantly .... the example provides a capital value amount for tax that is lower than what investors may have paid during Covid lows ... so that in effect means the CGT is higher... regardless of the dividend of franking credit... in essence it is not fair and equitable across all shareholders... and tgen there is the discount... WTF is that about??? It’s not making much sense overall... over coming days it may become clearer...
