My question is ? What price will be Off Market Buy Back and what if some one decides not to sell ? WBC can't force people to sell ? .. Obviously Off Market Buyback must to be significantly higher than market price else why would anyone sell in a Off Market Buy back ? .. Why didn't WBC made On Market Buyback ? Easy and simple.
