Do you mean forfeiting half of our half of the proposed JV with Ecopro, so we end up with only 25% of the DBU?
BSX is already putting in a lot of capital into the PFS, DFS and pilot plant of the DBU and own the intellectual capital, if Ecopro want half of the DBU then they would have to compensate BSX for the investment already made in some way, the DBU is well on the way and it belongs 100% to BSX at this stage. They have deep enough pockets to fund the final build, could they pay BSX in advance for the nickel they need for the cathodes they've already sold in advance? (I believe they've signed contracts for billions)
