    How musk has avoided major trouble over his market manipulation is beyond me. He knows he just has to say “no more cobalt in Tesla’s” and sure enough everyone believes it, cobalt price goes through the floor and he buys it up at the low prices he wants. He has a long track record of this, the bloke tweets “doge” and shiba inu coin price skyrockets.
