I think this is a tremendous bolt on acquisition. It shores up the weaknesses in the NTD offering whilst also providing a solid geographic base to sell the Black Rubber tyres to its speciality market and the retread facility. At the least this may plug a hole to be left by the Cooper Tires going over to Goodyear.
