I don't deflect from anything. Unlike some I wait to have all the facts before rushing to judgment. This morning while sitting in a Doctor's surgery with someone close to me who is suffering diagnosed kidney failure another shareholder who posts valuable research here from time to time @sonofkong sent me the link to this event and told me that this was available to raise the profile of Brainchip if I thought fit.

While reading this link I had an alert to the notice and when I saw it was something that needed to be voted on at the AGM next year it did not seem to me to be something requiring my urgent attention particularly when I read the $6,000.

So I went back to posting the link to the voting system which could if enough people consider Peter van der Made, Anil Mankar and Brainchip Inc worthy could be a significant enhancement to their presentation and also to the amount of free publicity that it might generate in the industry.

As for this announcement I have read some of the most ridiculous comments that I have had the misfortune to read. I have read people claiming this to be money for jam so to speak and at the same time claiming they have been selling down their positions in Brainchip because they were over exposed and the risk was too great.

Think about this nonsense. It cannot be both. Either you think it is a given and there is no risk and therefore Viana is on a certain winner and 250,000 shares a year is excessive or you think it is extremely high risk and could completely fail and Viana is a fool to take the shares when $6,000 a month is on offer.

The company has been doing everything it can to ensure that the capital is has is spent on the technology and where ever possible it issues shares in lieu of cash. Read the Annual Report, read the Acting CEO presentation, read the fact that they paid the US Investor Relations with shares and if you still do not understand how the company is running its affairs go elsewhere and find a company that you do understand.

As for other investors in Brainchip giving your company the support it needs when you have the chance can only be of benefit to you in the long run and so if you think the company deserves your support or if you just want to support your own interests then I would suggest that you look closely at your opportunity to vote on the link I provided thanks to @sonofkong.
