Please state this 'obvious' insider trading. Perhaps you could provide some evidence of what was known and who knew it.
The ASCI report hit email boxes, the shares went up. Simple as that. People who subscribed read their report and immediately acted; they've seen it happen before with stocks recommended by that report.
A dramatic increase in activity brings a stock to the attention of many others through their alerts/watches, and it all snowballs.
I see no obvious insider trading.
