My final comment on what is not even a storm in a tea cup if anything it is the last bubble in a bottle of about to go flat soda water. Read the following:

"Key commercial terms of the Agreement:
• Rolling six (6) month contract for a period of four (4) years;
• One million Restricted Stock Units (RSU’s) to be issued subject to receipt by the Company
of the approval of its Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting, vesting at 25%
annually, in lieu of payment, reverting to $6000 USD per month if shareholder approval is
denied;
• Scope of work will evolve and be mutually agreed; and
• Contract can be cancelled by either party.
This announcement is authorized for release by the BRN Board of Directors."

It is wrong to suggest that this is not performance based. What executive or Board member at Crown was on a six month rolling contract that can be cancelled by either party at any time. My goodness Viana must think he is pretty good at what he does to accept that at his senior level his performance will be such on a consistent basis every six months for four years that he will be kept on.

I have never read such an onerous performance condition in a senior executive level contract. Perhaps that is the norm and no one told me?

Some people need to get out in the world and read and research.

I have said it before we as shareholders are expecting this company to create generational wealth for shareholders and herald the 4th Industrial Revolution and we want to pay unskilled labouring wages to the people we expect to achieve this for us.

There is not one player on the Brainchip squad making as much money as a senior playing member of the Australian cricket team. Put your hand up if you think we should sack everyone at Brainchip and put the senior players on the Australian Cricket team in charge. You can assume for this purpose that they have all had honesty and integrity injected so that the only issue in play is their capacity to drive the Brainchip business to global success.
