Whilst your statements of cash flow are real - this is NOT profit and many of the costs you identify should not be added to all in costs. I acknowledge that All in costs are more than AISC - I have given an estimate of this difference all the costs you identify should not be part of this difference (but they do hit cash flow). Many costs (i.e pre-stripping, laboratory, declines, machinery etc) have to be depreciated over their lifetime and only a part of these costs should be attributed to costs over a period but they do all hit cash flow (and cash at bank) immediately
