I recently bought into PPG and just caught up with reading this link and the company presentations and their website. Have the following thoughts :-
1- Their product listings seem broad with no emphasis, noted previous discussions here say they are a distributor. Their recycling efforts in the "Sustainability" section looks interesting but not really focused within their future strategy or plan.
2- Reading their latest presentation, just feel lacking in direction or vigour. Bennamon Pty Ltd who is owned by Kin Group continuing to increase their shareholding in PPG, question is why?
3- PGH major shareholder is Kin group, so what is the intention for PPG and PGH. Feels more like PPG ( mkt cap 160mil)is primed for consolidating into PGH (mkt cap 1.1Bil), what other reason are there for Kin group continue to increase their holding in PPG( now at 53.7%) which doesn't seem to have a strong direction. Question is when it could happen and at what price?
4- Is there a rule in ASX on what % creeping holding it triggers a mandatory general offer?

    Kindly share your thoughts?
