I think there are no independent directors, all have shares directly or indirectly via their association with Bhushan.
Just as an aside, where does this leave the directors who supported the revised Bhushan transaction, Neil Stuart and Mark Sheppard? They let the Indians cajole them into the revised transaction to the detriment of the shareholders.
I would be thinking a little batty time might help them review their obligations to shareholders.
