Big sellers still have control, and are milking the mkt here for more sales courtesy of the DOW...won't push it down to avoid activating stop losses from those who bought higher yesterday...no need for competition.

The way I see it, the re-weighting is nearly done, they can now sell off the residual in retreat, and those that have been sitting on the sidelines waiting for this time have started buying in in the last few days...I expect it to continue.

Carabaea, that is why I think there won't be any ann., at least not in relation to your perceived "insider buying".

By my reckoning, OEL has about a month head start on a number of other oilers.
